Upload .xlsx, .xls, or .csv files. Row 1 must be headers; data starts on row 2. Only the first worksheet is read.

Required column

Each row needs a syrup name. Accepted header names: Syrup, Name, Product, or Recipe. Rows without a name and summary rows (Total, Sum) are skipped.

Optional columns

Group, Required residence time (hours), Dilution ratio / Throw (e.g. 1+5), Sucrose granulated % w/w, Sugar kg/hL, Prep min, CIP min, Minimum batch size (litres of finished product), Number of units at minimum batch size, Batch increment, CIP required. Use the Group column for tank-sharing families — configure isolated groups on the Configuration page.

Import behaviour

Recipes are merged into the current project. Rows with a matching syrup name update that recipe; new names are added. Production demand and other project data are kept. Missing columns use default values — download the CSV or Excel template for the full column list. Throw notation (1+5, 1:5) and European number formats (e.g. 10.220,6118) are supported.
