Copy your data into the standard template

Do not upload your plant spreadsheet as-is unless it already matches the layout below. Download the Excel or CSV template, then transfer your rows into the labelled columns:

  • Final Product (column A) — finished beverage / SKU name
  • Category (column B) — liquid category
  • Syrup (column G) — syrup type; new names are created on import
  • Line (column H) — packaging line
  • Year columns (from column K) — annual volumes in hL

Upload the completed template file. This is the most reliable import path and avoids errors from mismatched spreadsheet layouts.

The downloadable template uses fixed column positions with clear headers. Year columns start in column K. Volumes are in hL.

Other header-based annual layouts

Files with a header row plus calendar-year columns (e.g. 2026, 2027) may still import, but we recommend transferring data into the standard template above. Common header names include Product, SKU, Final Product, Line, Packaging line, Category, and Syrup.

Monthly forecast

Twelve monthly volume columns in hL (Jan–Dec or Month 1–12). Switches the edit year to monthly mode.

Import behaviour

Uploading a demand file clears all previous session data first, then loads only what is in the file. Files with multiple year columns replace all demand years. Single-year and monthly files update the default demand year. Rows named Total or Sum are skipped. Syrup mapping uses column G; syrups are created from the import only.
